We aim to present product descriptions, fragrance notes, colors, and images accurately. Screens and natural product variation may affect appearance. Fragrance descriptions and accords are subjective and are not guarantees of personal preference.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may verify, accept, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel after payment, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law.

Prices, payment, and promotions

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Taxes and shipping charges, if applicable, are shown before payment. Promotional codes may have eligibility, timing, and usage limits. WELCOME10 is intended for eligible first-time customers, is limited to one use per customer, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined with another offer unless stated otherwise.

Shipping

Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carriers, weather, customs, and other events outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Replacement policy

Damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect items are handled under our Replacement-only policy. Any non-waivable rights under applicable consumer law continue to apply.
